Is streaming music from iTunes or my XBMC over the internet is illegal?

Howdy, I recently set up a media server that uses a database compatible with iTunes FreeNas, I also use my XBMCs at home and in the studio to broadcast my music via the Internet, however, I'm wondering what the legal position is on this, I paid for my entire music library, but I'm wondering about legal issues streaming is my devices as XBMCs and my iPhone.
