How do I work around the restrictions of the iPhone without a password?

Hey, my brother put a password on my iPhone via the Settings / General / Restrictions and now I do not have Safari more. This brings some major problems since I can not access most Wi-Fi hotspots because it requires me to do in and I do not have Safari to do it. So please please please help! or on how to circumvent the restrictions on access or how to log into Wi-Fi hotspots without icon Safari.

You can restore the phone to get it back to the original settings. You say you can not restore, but if you hold the power button on top and bottom of the Home button for 20 seconds it will make the phone able to be restored.
