Verizion Wireless (LG Voyager) issues?
Last March I got the LG Voyager Verizion Wireless and signed up for a two-year plan for that. However, now the bottom part of the phone (touch screen) where you control the touch screen (ie – menu, send both, and the keys of course) broke and fell. So what I was wondering if I am eligible to get a new phone even though my contract is up (because I want a new one) or if they will make me maintain it and / or try to fix it for me? I tried asking, but customer support was not very helpful.
You can buy a new phone, but you have to pay full price (you can not get an upgrade discount). Verizon can fix it, but it will cost you.
