LG Dare is scratched!?
I get a software update for my dare and when I came back, looked good. but when I and my mother went inside and I looked out the left side of the phone in black and all its scratched up and he was not there before. I call Verizon and say something or they simply go to the store and say u scratched my phone I want a replacement.
As someone mentioned, take it back to the store and confront them, not call into Verizon CS, they go straight to the store.
