Flashing a Verizon phone with Metro PCS?
I have an LG enV (VX9900) Verizon phone. My friend told me that this company called Metro PCS is doing some Verizon phones to work on your network. So I took my phone to them and they passed me. The work great phone in your network and everything, but now, if I need to turn it back on the Verizon network, I am still able to do this? As they flash the phone? Because it has the same software, but some of the does not work … Any help will be appreaciated ….
Flashing that is basically programmed the phone to the network … if you want to work the phone with Verizon again they will re-schedule it on your network … Remember that CDMA phones do not use SIM cards and can not be unlocked. CDMA phones have to be flashed to another provider of software and settings each time you want to change providers, which can possibly brick the phone each time it is produced.
