Does anyone know the state of California return policy when it comes to cell phones?

I bought a Verizon LG Voyager from my local store, and two days later, the rest of my family moved to AT & T and iPhones purchased. I did not realize how kickass the iPhone was, so I decided to stay with my Voyager. Now I realize the true beauty of the iPhone, and would much prefer to have one, but I have lost 300 + dollars on my Voyager. There is a small scratch on the screen, I was almost there before I bought, but I'm wondering if my Verizon store will take it back / refund my money. Thanks in advance (:

The phones are in mint condition, that zero is probably your fault regardless of what you think. Telecommunications is one of the largest industries, they do not give cash refunds that easily. But generally, you can return phones within a week, with less than 15 minutes used.
