How to get rid of "Call ___________" or" Message from _____________" on Verizon Wireless phones?

Whenever I get a call or text message that I hear that voice in my phone that says "call ________" then even pronounce the name. o_0 then it goes to the ringtone. As do I get rid of it? I had on my Verizon phone too old. I currently have the LG Dare
