Lg Phones Walmart

I want the LG keybo phone, but I'm using Rogers?
One, in a few days, I'm going to get a new phone. I really want the LG keybo, but they only sell it on Koodo and Telus. But probably I'll be using Rogers, is there anyway I can change my phone or something? As perhaps buy LG Keybo from walmart and change it, instead of the phone I'm getting from Rogers? I'm sorry if I sound a little confusing, I'm still very new, with phone plans cell. Moreover, there is a plan that is cheap Koodo has texting + unlimited free calls after 6 +? Please help!
Rogers plans are for the most use … as the people they want to around 35 + to use lots of data like e-mail etc. ..
