Does the LG enV phone have any sort of way to play games?

I'm getting an LG enV phone soon, and I was wondering if there was any way to put games on it? How, a free download (maybe homebrew) game on my PC and use a USB cable to transfer The Game on the phone. I would much rather get some small free games and applications instead of wasting my money.

I know you can download music to it I do not see why you could not to do this.
