I tried using my phone with ventones.com lg white chocolate, but will not work. What am I doing wrong?

I have an LG Chocolate and have registered in ventones but when I try to download music I can not. It will download, but the little box in the tutorial where you can move the browser as the music that you want in your ringtone is not there. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me please.
