I have a few verizon lg chocolate I want to sell on eBay?
The problem is that I owe money to Verizon. Do they lock the phones, if so, there is a way to unlock them?
Yes, Verizon will block them. The only way they will release the ESN numbers is paying the bill. Once the invoice is paid in full they will clear the ESN numbers on the phones.
