Need new phone – Samsung SCH-u740 or LG VX8600?

I am currently a Verizon customer and I'm trying to decide on a new phone. I love the cool dual flip from Samsung but the buttons are so small that when the text that I hit the other buttons. LG is smart and modern looking, but I also I've heard some complaints with this phone. The main things I use a cell phone for text messages and are talking. I really do not download much music or use it for the web or anything. Any advice?

If you do a lot of text messages that I would give them better and easier to use buttons. I had several marks different phone and I saw the LG is good quality and very sturdy.
