LG Shine? Good or bad?

Hey guys, im thinking of buying the LG Shine TU720 (slider version) and I've heard in a review that the phone is useless outdoors. Supposedly the sunlight shines off the phone and you can not see anything on the screen. Is this true?

I own the same model LG Shine I keep it in mint condition. Overall, it is a good phone. The volumes for marking is strong, the calls are clear, reception is good. The thrill of the phone is good too. The music when played loud is not high. And there is no way to get ringtones on your phone I tried venatones, bitpim, SD, bluetoothing, everyweb site, so you have to live with crappy ringtones, except that it is an excellent phone. But if you use it long time it gets too hot. Hope I helped
