LG Glimmer Blinking Screen?!?

I just bought the phone in ux830 phones from LG. I had only a week and it suddenly started flashing … the screen is white with the logo on the phones, then says fs_pm.c01358 before turning black and starting the whole process again. the phone was not damaged in any way and I wanted know if anyone knew what caused this and, especially, how to fix it? thank you very much

U only had the phone a week, to take him back to store and get a new one u have there are 30 that have the same phone never had this problem, but take it back and tell them u want a new phone.
