PUK blocked on LG shine! FAST HELP!?

I was trying to establish a security lock on my phone (The 4 digits), when my phone started to ask me a PUK! I kept trying to get in one and now my phone will not even work! same thing happened to me, I tried many times and twice locks it, you diste lime your service people and they say u free, write that shit man, cuz if u 4get ur 4-digit password again, the PUK remains the same
