Motorola Software Problem – help before I smash the phone!!!!
I have a Motorola V3 RAZR phone, and a disc with software on it (Motorola Mobile Phone Tools) to get photos & videos off the phone. I’m getting a new phone, so I wanted to transfer all the stuff off the old one onto my computer. At first it uploaded about 4 photos onto the computer, then an error message came up saying the phone has broken the connection with the computer! Now it won’t recognise the phone!! Any advice/free software/alternative way to get the stuff off the phone!? I’m going crazy!!!
You dont need the software, just connect the phone to the pc and it will be detected as a removeable disk in my computer after that copy the data to the pc.
