How do I transfer photos from my Motorola phone to my PC?

How do I transfer photos from my Motorola phone to my PC? I have a Motorola V325, and I I have the adapter cable that connects the USB phone. When I turn it on, nothing happens. I have Windows Vista. Is there any freeware free that will do the trick?

The your phone has Bluetooth built into it? I guess it does not matter. You can visit the Motorola site and search software for your phone.
