W RAZR V3 / Motorola Phone Tools?

I just got a new RAZR and it will not connect to my Motorola Phone Tools. A small icon on the toolbar with bad connectivity, but MPT says that the phone is booted. So I'll download a file, or even look at the files on my phone, and he says it unable to connect to the device (phone). I have installed the drivers for the site and looked at all the FAQ's, and nothing worked. Please help me … I hate ringtones Motorola; P Thanks!

See if this helps. I have only used the "charge as" part and it works through the USB cable. Everything else … you are on your own!
