Phones that can watch TV?

I have seen some brands of mobile phones that have the TV function (which means you can watch TV on the screen cell "), but all brands are famous in China. I wonder why the famous top manufacturers like Nokia, Sony Ericcson, Motorola, Samsung, etc. not have this function tv? It's only China has the know how to incorporate the function of TV on mobile hand? (I'm in Singapore, I wonder if the cell are available for sale in your country)

This function TV is not what you are hoping to be, especially because the digital TV signal go at least in North America that is often a useful function in these Chinese phones. Look in a device called the Slingbox SLINGMEDIA. It forwards all TV your house through your Internet service, high speed wherever you have Internet access. He will work on your N95 or Nokia N96 phones. and smart phones offered by a number of major manufactures. I use Slingbox on my phone and never miss another game of football!
