yeah if you can call it a guarantee. If you must drop insurance as soon as possible. I was only getting through 5 different phones replacement. Finally, the last is a job. Everyone I spoke was super rude, and it was all around a very unpleasant experience. I paid more to replace than I did the original phone, not to mention the years of insurance I paid.
