im on ebay and im looking at a Motorola W490 from one of Hong Kong is 60.00 and one of America In addition to the 90.00 price if there is a difference where I can buy the phone?

In that both are made in China? lol I would buy the U.S., shipping will cost you an arm and a leg and you really do not know if you're going to get it.
