How do you download songs from computer to a phone boost KRZR phone?

I have an unlimited boost mobile phone and I'm trying to download music from my computer to my Motorola KRZR. Whenever I tried to transfer songs from my computer to my KRZR phone does not work, I get a message error, there is something special I need to do? I have the motorola phone tools installed on my computer, the latest version. Can anyone help?

It would be nice if you could tell what does the error message?
