Motorola Phones Invalid Battery

Need urgent help with my Motorola V3m Verizon Wireless Razor?!
I have a Motorola Razor V3m from Verizon Wireless. Today in school my battery was low so I turned off. When I arrived at the school bus after I turned it to call my grandmother. When it came to have the welcome screen and the usual number of my Cell. Then came a message saying "Invalid Battery". Also noticed that my battery icon is gone. When I tried to load the same "Invalid Battery" message appeared. The battery icon has never reappeared. Now every time I call I call the number below it says "Invalid Battery". There is something wrong with my phone? "
