Need help with a BlackBerry Pearl 8100?
Not my phone, but I'm trying to fix it. Every time I try to open e-mail or highlights each text message and therefore can not open one of them. This happened before, and I thought I just pushed a button on the phone, but if that is what worked before is not working now. I can not seem to find the information in the user's BlackBerry. Thanks for the help. Blah I fixed it, so …. Blah … I do not know how I fixed it though .. First person to be able to explain to ten points.
I'm not sure the method worked for you, however, when it happens to my BB, I usually take the battery and leave it off for a few minutes. Then put it back and turn it on, it works.
