Blackberry Tour Cases Verizon

I'm nervous with BlackBerry Tour (9630) from Verizon.com?

Hello everyone! I should be getting my BlackBerry Tour tomorrow that I asked to verizon.com. When I initially researched the phone I found only good things, but now I noticed some bad things about the Tour. I have heard in some cases, the Tour has poor sound quality, trackball peculiar, and sometimes the battery cover is loose !?!?! Verizon is still messed send blackberries? I really hope not, because this device is very expensive! Even if there is anything wrong with it, I can only take you to the Verizon store and they will exchange for a fully operational phone, right?

Well, any phone that has just left (such as BlackBerry Tour) will have only mild and persons reporting trackballs loose or loose battery cover can have this problem with your phone, but someone with a Tour can not. I do not think the blackberries are messed up because EVERY new phone always has little things wrong with it. But if the phone does is working or is disturbing, then yes, you can take it to the Verizon store and exchange it or receive a refund.
