How do you synchronize with the Blackberry Storm Mac OS X?

is a free easy way to synchronize the BlackBerry Storm with a Mac? Mac is entourage and iCal, etc.. I've heard works but when PocketMac sync, it just kicks me out and closes the program? I had all the new driver updates. is a guide step by step to do that I'm getting very frustrated, it worked once and never again.
