They have free applications, free widgets (for things like certain newspapers or weather.com), youtube and applications slacker radio (streaming radio), and other tests 30 days of a bunch of GPS / browsers! Not sure about the free ringtones … that always scare me cuz 3rd party companies may end up charging for something you thought was free. Hope that gives ya a place to start!
