For monitoring, this report takes a look more attentive to the features users love and hate most about their BlackBerrys and iPhones as part of a March 2008 survey of 864 owners of smart phones.
The previous report showed excellent levels of customer satisfaction for both rated smart phone frontrunners – a sport with Apple 79% Very Satisfied rating for its iPhone models and RIM grabbing a highly respectable rating 54% for the Blackberry. Apple iPhone

The second most popular feature is the interface of the iPhone touch screen, followed by its ease of use.
In terms of dislikes, there is no doubt about what iPhone owners hate most. Is the speed of the EDGE network from AT & T. No surprise then that the number two criticism is the requirement to use AT & T.

Apple iPhone: For all your time, there are still some core issues iPhone owners want to have resolved – and first among them is 3G capability. According to research, this is the number of owners of an iPhone feature want to integrate the next generation iPhone (19%) – Even more than third-party software (18%), GPS functionality (15%) or e-mail integration (10%).
The same is true among respondents who say are interested in, but have not bought an iPhone. One in four say they are holding to wait for the next generation iPhone (14%) or for compatibility with the 3G network (11%).
But the bottom line in this horse race is Apple and Research In Motion are the winners of the giant, while the rest of the manufacturers of smart phone lose.
