Android can be downloaded from any phone?

Can? I know I've mentioned this before, but it can still be done? I want to install it on a Blackberry. If you do not know anything about Android, or have any knowledge about this subject, please do not respond. Thank you.

I do not think you can now. what I have read about and listen to the G4, is there a way to buy the dev1 and use it on any network, but they did not open it to any phone yet. I love, because I have an HTC Touch and I hate it because it's a windows phone and suck, if I can not get it right away, I'm going to go with an iPhone. with dev1 you buy the phone for 400 and then you pay 25 to become a developer, but you do not really have to develop something for it tho. hope this helps
