BlackBerry users, I need a new OS for my Curve!?

Hello, I currently have a blackberry curve 8330 from Verizon. I love the new BlackBerry Bold, but can not buy it since I'm 14 and broke. I have an OS 4.5.0.77, but wanted to upgrade to a new operating system. I really wanted an OS 4.6, or even a Mac OS 5.0, which I heard was available. Please give me some suggestions on the new operating system I can download, and please give me some links. PS: I do not care if it is not available from the carrier, but is available for download center.
