Hi, just got the new blackberry curve 8310 and want to know if there is another way to lock the keypad on the screen

I know there's a way, if I go to list of applications and locl key board, but in my Blackerry past I had a key on the right side of the phone where I could lock the keychain …

Otherwise to do this is to disable home screen dialing (Phone> Options> General Options) and press the "K" on the keyboard. With screen dialing off the key 'K' locks the device.
