Blackberry Os Upgrade Sprint

How do I upgrade my version of Mac OS 4.5 for my blackberry curve 8330?

I have already installed the desktop manager to my computer and I am sure how to update my version of the OS. I'm running on an ancient OS 4.3.0 …… and the representative of Sprint, said that I need to upgrade to 4.5 or higher. How exactly I do this? and a OTA is its available for this yet? Any help is greatly appreciated.
