Blackberry The 8703e OS v4.2 is not fully available yet officially. Here is how you start the BlackBerry Desktop 4.2: 1. Go http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/ 2. Choose your model and the software you want from the list. 3. Answer any questions the site asks. 4. Download and install. You would go to the same place for the system update operational, as well, but they only have v4.1 are available now.
