The BlackBerry 8703e offers Verizon Wireless customers push e-mail, telephone, Web browsing and other mobile data applications, along with features including furniture prize dedicated phone keys, smart dialing, conference calling, speed dial, call forwarding, speakerphone for conference calls and use hands-free Bluetooth and support for use with headsets and car kits.
The resolution large, bright LCD screen, high on BlackBerry 8703e incorporates detection technology, intelligent light that automatically adjusts the LCD and the light levels on the keyboard to provide optimized viewing in indoor environments, outdoor and dark.
For corporate customers, BlackBerry Enterprise Server software integrates with Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino and Novell GroupWise and works with existing enterprise systems to enable secure, push-based, wireless access to email and other corporate data. For individuals and smaller businesses, BlackBerry Internet Service allows users to access up to ten corporate accounts and e-mail (including Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino and most popular ISP accounts e-mail) from a single device.
Verizon Wireless customers can use their BlackBerry 8703e as a modem to get BroadbandAccess on Verizon Wireless' CDMA EV-DO network. Cable connection the BlackBerry 8703e to a laptop and a subscription to BroadbandAccess Connect gives customers the option to use wireless service from Verizon Wireless broadband for download data.
