The theory and conclusions that when we are learning time, we remember more information from the beginning and end of the session, and usually forget the middle.

Study or practice in small short pieces is a very important habit enter and it will help you to revise more effectively.

The key is to spend your 5 minutes breaks distracted, but only for five minutes! Remember – take lots of short breaks, at least for an hour and you will remember more information in your examination.
