Blackberry Certificates

blackberry curve software wont work?

Ok, so I recently got a BlackBerry Curve 8310. I downloaded the software directly from the BlackBerry when I try I open the Media Manager to get this file "The certificate is missing or corrupted. Please reinstall it. How do I get around this situation? I've tried installing the software a few times with the same result.

try to redownload without the media manager that you do not need if you really know how to copy and paste you can do it put photo, music, movies and ringtones to your Berry. woulod i try to redownload and select no media manager
