Blackberry pin BB works if im sending messages to people around the world?

I can send messeges using BB pin thingy free to BlackBerry users even if the person im talking to is in another country apart? this is bb messenger requires Internet connection?

Yes, requires a data / connection Internet. Since BBMs are not considered text messaging, then they can not be charged as long distance texts, but you may have a cost of data if you're on pay as you go. Just to be on the safe side I would like to contact your provider and make sure any charges, you can get to do that.
