What exactly is the Vcast / Rhapsody application?

Recently I have only a Blackberry Storm & & I'm playing with him. Well, I do not know exactly what I do with this thing Vcast. If you could explain its use & benefits & pay $ 14.99 for it. I really appreciate it. I have an iPod & & all I said is that it's like iTunes, but I do not understand why they not only allows me to have a rather having two distinct capacities.
