anyone know what a small orange icon on the screen of my BlackBerry Bold means?

I have a BlackBerry Bold and I was on the Internet and tried to send an e-mail, but I have not received enough and asked me if I wanted to save the e-mail or a page or something I did not even read it well and I accidentally said yes, and now I have a circle with a little orange 1 next to it on the screen of my house and I do not know how to make it go away.
