removed and put the battery back in my journey, is now stuck in "organizing call logs .. "Is this a mistake or takes more than 20 min? Anyone know a fix? removed battery again and now it was no problem … it was prob an error application, thanks to your answer.

Sounds like an application error. The phone should not take more than 5 minutes to do anything. Contact phone provider and speak with a technician blackberry so they can help you. If it is an application error you need a phone replacement.
