Blackberry Flashing Green Light

BlackBerry Bold does not turn PLS HELP?

My bold ran out of battery during the night I think this morning would not connect. Its been about 2 Charging hours now and still not be in Swtich. The red light or green light are not flashing. Bold just seems off, dead. What do I do? Im really worried. Please help. Ps ive tried to remove the battery and put it back in and turning off the power cycle will only work .. anyone know how to reset it? And I lose everything that is saved on my phone after doing it? My thanks Telephone and battery are only a month old
