Blackberry Pearl: When I'm on my mailing list and I go to "options" because I have no "configure your e-mail?"

I need to change my settings for email. I'm in my list and go to "Menu" —> "Options". In "options" there should be an option to open "Settings E-mail, but that does not even show up anywhere on the screen. the only options I have are "General options" and "reconciliation e-mail." Help! Why? I need to get in for the e-mail!

You not be able to see the e-mail settings for your mail folder. I'm not sure what you are with the carrier, but on your player you have an icon that should read "create e-mail on the Internet" If you go for it you will be able to see the email that you have configured and the settings and make changes there. If you do not have this icon, then you need to go to your provider's email gateway (usually by available0 provider's website and make changes from there. I hope this helps. Good luck!
