How can I get headphones to stay / fit better in my ears?

I have small ears, and always had ear problems starting to fit better. My ear canals are just not built to perform these pieces comfortably. They always fit loosely, and can never work with them because they fall out so I start running. I currently have the Samsung Behold phone and headset. What changes can I do to the headset so that the earphones fit better?
