On June 19, 2009, Apple will release a new version of the iPhone. It seems like yesterday the iPhone 3G was released. I was with my original version using the network 'edge' because I did not want to pay $ 240, plus the price of the phone. Wondering how I figured $ 240? If you multiply the $ 10 extra that you would have to pay above the current rate of $ 20 per month for 24 months (2 year contract), which would be $ 240.

The benefits do not outweigh additional costs, so I did not make the jump to 3G. Apparently, others felt the way I did. They returned to the drawing board and came up with the new iPhone 3G, where the S 'S' for speed. I'm must admit that the extra cost is now worth. Here's why.

Finally, Apple has decided to break for you and allow recording video. This is huge when you see a smartphone this VIDEOS.es stature addition to recording a video, there are basic tools for edit the videos. That was a wow factor in my book. I especially liked being able to send e-mail or MMS these videos. While we are on MMS and text messages, with the 3GS, you be able to turn the phone horizontally to send text messages / MMS.

So there is a better 3-megapixel camera that captures these videos and images. By taking these photos yet, you will be able to set the focal point of the scene, touching the screen. This would allow you to take better pictures.

Of course there was an increase in the storage of most current 16GB to 32GB. The iPhone has an upgraded processor for speed that gives the 'S' in the name.

Another wow factor is the aspect of voice recognition phone. Now, hands-free while driving will be truly free. Tell a name and it will find and dial the contact number. Dictate your list of things to do or find an artist or a list simply by voice recognition.

There is a built in compass that works with a GPS enhanced. In the map of the phone will guide the direction you're going. Zoom in going much further with this release, and the headphones are new and improved multi-button remote control buttons and volume control.

Tying Internet is now allowed. You will be able to connect the their iPhone 3Gs to your Mac or PC and connect to the Internet to your computer using your iPhone. This may not be as good as the USB broadband card, but I'm sure would be better than nothing for many iPhone owners.

The last feature I'll mention is probably the greatest of them all. IPhone 3Gs now supports cut and paste. If you own an iPhone before, you know like a big deal it is.

So is the new iPhone is worth all the hype? Definitely. Apple bowed to critics and produced another masterpiece.
