My Samsung Eternity (phone touch screen) has a scratch on it, and I need to get him ASAP.?

If you have AT & T (which I think so because this is one of the only providers that sell samsung eternity), when you buy the phone, you automatically have a one-year warranty on it, and the phone came less than a year ago, so it should be good. you can call the Department AT & T security in 866/673.6290 and tell them that your phone is not working properly. say that he is still rebooting itself or something, and they will send you a new phone, free within a week. (you can continue using the old phone. you send back the old phone in the package that the new phone comes in), then you have a new phone with no scratches! trust me – I did it before:).
