I have Verizon Wireless and have the brightness of the Samsung. I recently bought the phone and none of my Get It Now features the work. It comes with the error. "Unable to verify your information account. Please call Customer Service. "Well I called the customer and they clearly could not help me. They told me to put my phone off, then not prevail. They then told me to take the battery, count to 15 and then replace it and turn the phone back, once again failed. After that, they had other ideas. Can anyone help me? Thank you!
I agree with the response of neutrophils, may be a software problem, however, you can enter Internet? it may just be the settings of the phone, one thing you could try is a master reset This will reset and we correct any software problems in Samsungs to be in: Menu> Settings> Restore settings and I believe that the security code default is 000000, but you should be able to find it in your Manuel if that fails, go to a store like Phil suggested
