What is Firmware? I have Samsung E250, any updates necessary?

I bought a new samsung e250 on o2 pay as you go. Open it and also debranded it. the phone is currently manufacture and not the operator. I also have a micro SD card of 4 GB and a bluetooth headset to go with it. I would like to sell items on eBay. Any idea how I could say that phone is unlocked, debranded, comes with micro SD card of 4 GB and a bluetooth headset. any ideas? by Please help me. How is Title I and what it should be a description?

the 4gb card would not work with it. take 1gb maximum. also, as you have unlocked and debranded it, you have void the warranty. the firmware is the version of software you use.
