can not send text messages. Telephone asked the service center number?

I have a Samsung (not sure the model but it's just months old) and I am in network 02. Basically I was trying to send a text a day when he asked me to enter my center number. I did it and I am 100% I went the correct (07802092035). But instead of solving the problem now will not let me send any texts. I get an error message and an option to delete or save text. I'm on direct debit and have charged £ 15 a month for the texts so we want to solve this problem quickly, without wasting money. I phone services customer, but it was an Indian and had the same command of English as my King Charles Spaniel oh my god was all that the problem was !!!!!!!!!! I had put a 0 in instead of 44. I had thought about it, but buy only put 4 in the first half. Thank you so so so much!

make sure that begins with 44 instead of 0. It sure you deffo have the right number? coz there are some different:)
