How can I get free apps from apps store? My iPhone is jailbroken with Installous?

I have cydia and Installous on my jailbroken and unlocked iphone not stop to hear people say you can get free apps from the store with Installous but exactly how this works I need to use a computer? Can someone please explain to me in steps also what kind of applications can I get after it works thank you!
