Samsung PC Studio 3 keeps crashing?

I have a Samsung and I'm trying to put music on it, but when I click the icon for the phone is locked. So if I try to check the program will not let me until I restarted the computer. There are problems in the help manual so I do not know what to do. Can anyone help?

I never had any luck with this horrible program. I bought a USB cable, downloaded the program, and could never get it to work properly. I wanted to do some finishing stupid, I ended up playing only mp3 and holding the phone to the speaker of the computer after you register.
